BeSeen Local provides an advertising facilitation service connecting local businesses with independent vehicle owners and delivery drivers for promotional display services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Do not employ drivers

All drivers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of BeSeen Local.
4. BUSINESS USERS
Businesses using our services agree that:
All advertising materials must comply with UK law
Content must not be misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or offensive
They are responsible for ensuring their advertising complies with Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines
They are responsible for obtaining any required permissions
BeSeen Local reserves the right to refuse any advertising material at its sole discretion.
5. DRIVER USERS
Drivers agree that:
They act as independent contractors
They are solely responsible for vehicle insurance and compliance
They comply with all UK road traffic laws
They understand that income is not guaranteed
They are responsible for their own tax obligations
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship.
6. PAYMENTS
Campaign prices and payment arrangements are confirmed individually. Approved campaigns may be paid through Stripe checkout in the BeSeen Local mobile app. This presentation website does not take payments.
We reserve the right to modify pricing structures at any time.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
BeSeen Local does not guarantee:
Customer conversions
Revenue increases
Specific levels of exposure
Advertising performance outcomes
Advertising effectiveness may vary depending on location, timing, vehicle use, and market conditions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeSeen Local shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or reputation
Disputes between businesses and drivers
Vehicle-related incidents
Driver conduct
Advertising effectiveness
All arrangements between businesses and drivers are entered into at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including branding, logos, graphics, text, and design, is the property of BeSeen Local.
